Julie Gable was named Buena Vista’s Interim Chief Executive Officer in December 2024. Although new to this position, Julie is not new to Buena Vista Recovery, having spent the prior three years working closely with the team as a strategy consultant. Julie brings decades of experience to this position as a strategic leader, change agent, and illuminator across industries. These experiences include executive at Accenture, COO of a tech consulting firm, and, most recently, CEO of BusinessWhys, a boutique management consulting firm. Julie also coaches executive teams, helping them to increase accountability, focus, and traction on strategic goals. In 2021, Julie was honored to receive the Most Influential Women in AZ – Trailblazer Spotlight Award by AZ Big Media and, in 2022, the Outstanding Women in Business Award by Phoenix Business Journal.
Born and raised in the small mountain town of Los Alamos, New Mexico, Julie loves to be outside in nature, playing tennis, skiing, or hiking with her husband and their two adorable rescue dogs, Solo and Mika. She is also the proud mother of two exceptional young women whose courage and thought-provoking perspectives inspire her daily. Committed to supporting her community, Julie is honored to serve on the boards of the Arizona Humane Society and the Arizona Center for Nature Conservation (Phoenix Zoo).
