Adults of any age from eighteen upward. If how housing is arranged matters to you, ask on the call and you will get a straight answer.
Your own room and your own bathroom, with therapy and groups shared across the program.
Adults from eighteen upward. Being at the younger end of that is common and does not put you in a room full of people twice your age.
People arriving with jobs, mortgages and children to think about. The practical side of that gets planned around rather than ignored.
Later-life drinking and prescription use are more common than people admit, and nobody here is treated as too old to be starting this.
