A new chapter, and the same idea underneath it
Buena Vista Health & Recovery Centers is an addiction treatment provider in Arizona, offering medically supervised detox and residential treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, along with support for the mental health challenges that so often come with it.
What we really are is simpler than that: a place where people struggling with addiction are met with warmth, dignity, and real medical care — and treated like human beings rather than case numbers.
We are entering a new chapter. Under new ownership we have reopened our doors with a renewed commitment to what has always mattered most here: care that feels personal, an environment that feels human, and a team that believes recovery is possible for every person who walks through them.
What we believe
Recovery works best when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Addiction is hard enough without shame, so we lead with compassion instead of judgment.
We believe in treating the whole person, body and mind, and in walking alongside people through every stage — from a first frightening phone call to life long after treatment ends.
And we believe comfort and dignity are not luxuries in recovery. They are part of what makes healing possible at all.
